You could never go wrong with Garlic, salmon and parmesan and cheese… It's no question to why this is Lamira's favorite dish to cook. (don't ask how she cooks it. Ai can do anything) LOL

Recipe is best with a lot of SEX & Wine

2 pounds of wild salmon fillet
cup plain breadcrumbs
cup parmesan cheese grated
¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
4 cloves garlic minced
cup butter melted
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 lemon wedges to serve

Preheat oven to 400°F | 200°C. Line a baking tray / sheet with a large piece of foil. Place the salmon fillet, skin side down, on the baking sheet; set aside.

Mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic in a small bowl. Pour in the melted butter; season with ¾ teaspoon salt and teaspoon pepper (or to taste). Mix the ingredients together until the breadcrumbs absorb the butter (about 60 seconds).

Pour the mixture over the salmon
Lightly spray salmon with cooking oil spray for a golden crumb.

Bake uncovered for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the salmon is cooked and flakes easily with fork.

Serve with garlic parm potatoes (mashed potatoes mixed with garlic, butter, sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese
