In today's world, maintaining physical fitness and health might be difficult. With so many delicious restaurants to chow down at and so many apps to watch movies or series, you might quickly become a good eating couch potato. Even social media, which features clips and tales, might turn you into a couch potato. So we called Olivia Eden, our former Cover BADD Girl, for guidance because she is extremely active and healthy. Her comment provided the push I needed to start living a healthier and more active lifestyle. What exactly did she say? What made it so motivating?

She informed us that exercising and doing yoga makes sex much better. She also conducts pole exercises, which she says improve her grip on the other pole. (Know what I mean?) The yoga holds the yoni tight, while the pole holds her in a playful, sensuous position. Exercising in general is like an aphrodisiac. It can really get things moving. The healthier you eat, the better your body will feel. The better your body feels, the more sexual energy and organs awaken. Exercise is like Viagra for males. Eating nutritious fruits and fats like avocado offers you that hard-on, but numerous fruits like pineapple keep the lady tasting great and moist as an ocean. Not to mention that the gyms and yoga sessions are packed with women with tight asses who may want to get BADD in the sauna. Why am I still writing? See you at the gym, yoga class, or in the fresh vegetable aisle for healthy snacks. Olivia, thank you so much for the fantastic exercise suggestion! You can encourage a man in the most incredible ways. LOL
